- strong software engineering and product-delivery foundation
- deeply hands-on with modern AI—LLMs, agents, retrieval, context engineering, reasoning, and AI-native application patterns
- built and shipped production software end-to-end
- strong in application/backend architecture and integrations
- meaningful hands-on applied-AI experience
- product instincts to work directly with early customers
- know when to build something robust and when to keep it simple
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident (Green Card) status
