Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands‑on therapy to support patient recovery and functional improvement.
- Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
- Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention.
- Document care in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with referring providers and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor progress, adjusting plans of care.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and respectful clinical environment.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Candidates should possess strong knowledge in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, including assessment, treatment planning, and evidence‑based interventions.
- Candidates should demonstrate skills in Patient Care, focusing on education, safety, and continuity of care beyond the clinic.
- Candidates should have a solid foundation in Medicine relevant to musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions treated in physical therapy practice.
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist and graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program are required.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Ability to safely perform the physical demands of direct patient care and maintain professional, inclusive conduct with individuals of all backgrounds.
- Prior outpatient or orthopedic experience is beneficial but not mandatory; willingness to engage in ongoing professional development is expected.
