Summary
What you’ll impact
The role is an enterprise sales position at a fast‑growing agentic AI company in San Francisco, reporting directly to the CEO. The salesperson will own the full sales cycle, targeting C‑suite executives and managing a $1.2‑$1.5 M quota while shaping the go‑to‑market strategy.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Own the complete sales cycle end to end: sourcing, prospecting, running consultative discovery, and closing enterprise deals with COOs, CIOs, and Heads of Operations.
- Build and manage a real pipeline against a roughly $1.2M to $1.5M annual quota, working closely with the SDRs who support deal sourcing.
- Travel about 10% of the time to meet customers on-site across the US and build deep executive relationships.
- Position the platform as a replacement for legacy RPA tools, making the economic case that saves enterprises millions of dollars.
- Work with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and package solutions for key verticals like insurance, banking, and financial services.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Full-cycle sales. Both sourcing AND closing deals to the C-suite, against a minimum meeting quota.
- 3 to 6 years in SaaS sales closing deals of $75K+ ACV.
- Experience at a reputable startup (Series B or later, top-20 VC-backed) AND time at a larger established company. Think AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workato, or MuleSoft.
- Technical understanding of automation: RPA, IDP, iPaaS, or workflow automation platforms.
- Consultative seller. You can deeply understand a customer's workflows and align the solution to what the executive team cares about economically. This is not transactional selling.

- Able to work a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the San Francisco office.
