Our company is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Cloud Platform team to build and maintain cloud infrastructure and development platform. The role focuses on managing Kubernetes infrastructure, creating developer tooling, and collaborating across teams to drive projects forward.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Drive and manage upgrades and improvements to our Kubernetes infrastructure
- Use your deep knowledge of Kubernetes internals to build developer-facing tooling and infrastructure that creates developer happiness and improves development velocity
- Work with teams across the company to gather requirements, gather support and drive projects forward
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years demonstrated experience shipping commercial products and services, preferably in Go.
- Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS/EKS preferred)
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals
- Experience building and operating services on Kubernetes
- Experience writing production code in one of three languages: Go, Python, C++
