The Technical Program Manager at the organization will drive complex, cross‑functional initiatives to enable power‑flexible AI data centers, coordinating efforts across engineering, product, and operations. This role involves aligning roadmaps with strategic partners, managing dependencies, and delivering programs that integrate with data center and utility environments.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Lead technical programs with strategic partners, aligning roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
- Break down complex initiatives into clear workstreams, timelines, and dependencies
- Translate requirements, constraints, and system designs across organizational boundaries
- Establish and improve program management processes, tools, and operating rhythms
- Identify and resolve cross-company risks, misalignments, and dependency gaps
- Support partner integrations, deployments, and technical collaborations
- Contribute to success metrics, including deliverables, timelines, and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Engineering, or similar cross functional roles
- Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage with engineers on architecture, systems, and tradeoffs
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Experience operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments (startup experience strongly preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to balance execution with strategic thinking
- Background in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical operations
- Experience working with external partners, vendors, or ecosystem stakeholders on technical programs (e.g., NVIDIA, hyperscalers, OEMs)
- Experience working with AI infrastructure, data centers, or distributed systems, including familiarity with compute, networking, and/or power constraints
