Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Strong experience in software engineering, including designing, building, and maintaining production-grade applications.
- Background in technical leadership, such as leading projects, defining architectures, and guiding engineering decisions.
- Proficiency with modern development practices (version control, code review, testing and documentation).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Comfort with working in an early-stage environment, including taking ownership, working with ambiguity, and iterating quickly.
- Experience with system design for scalability, performance, security, and reliability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues across the stack.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Masters/PHD a plus
- Experience in real estate or property technology, or interest in learning the domain, is beneficial.
- Willingness to work on-site and/or remotely via teleconferencing
