Our organization is seeking early‑career engineers to join seed and Series A startups in San Francisco, working directly with founders to own entire products from day one and earn meaningful equity. Candidates should have strong shipped work, AI tool experience, and be ready to be on‑site in the Bay Area.

What you’ll bring
- You're early in your career and moving faster than your title says.
- You have a proof point: a strong program, a recognizable logo, or a shipped project people actually use.
- You build with AI tools daily and have shipped LLM-powered features end to end.
- You want ownership over comfort. Ambiguity, speed, and direct customer contact excite you.
- You want to be in San Francisco, in the office, with the founders. That is the deal at this stage.
- 0 to 5 years of experience, or exceptional shipped work in less
- TypeScript and React plus Python or Node, comfort across the stack
- Agentic features you shipped: tool-calling, evals, real users
- Energy for work-trial interviews: build for a day or two, get an answer
- You live in the Bay Area, or you're ready to move for the right team
- Appetite for early-stage equity and everything that comes with it
