Summary
What you’ll impact
The Staff Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for architecting and owning reliability and infrastructure strategy across multiple teams and services. The role leverages observability tools, capacity planning, monitoring systems, and SLI/SLO frameworks to ensure resilience of complex distributed systems. Key duties include leading incident management, designing escalation processes, driving post‑mortem improvements, and championing toil reduction and on‑call sustainability. The engineer collaborates with engineering partners to lead design reviews, raise deployment safety standards, and disseminate best practices through runbooks and knowledge sharing.
