What you’ll impact
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of high-performance, scalable backend services. The role works across the full technology stack, with a focus on backend development and integration of infrastructure components. Key deliverables include owning critical features, contributing to architectural discussions, and implementing resilient, maintainable solutions that balance speed and reliability. Collaboration occurs with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into well-defined technical implementations, while operating autonomously in an onsite engineering hub.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of critical features and services, driving the entire software development lifecycle with minimal supervision.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy highly performant, scalable, and resilient software systems.
- Contribute significantly to technical architecture discussions, making sound, data-driven decisions that balance speed, reliability, and maintainability.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into well-defined technical solutions.
